Playboy Model Milanya Maria Unveils Her Fitness & Fashion Secrets

Milanya Maria is a famous internationally published model, having been seen in Maxim, FHM, Playboy and Bravo TV.

As an actress she has worked in Hooked on Fashion Tour: Live from Hollywood (TV Movie) 2017 and America’s Hottest Cheerleaders (TV Series) 2013.

Women Fitness President, Namita Nayyar had the wonderful opportunity to talk to her about her journey. Read on.

Namita Nayyar:

You are an internationally published and exceptionally talented model. You have been featured as Candyland Doll of the month for October and Sports Review Magazine’s Girl of the Month for January alongwith being featured in FHM International and Maxim. Tell us about your modelling journey and how it all began?

Milanya Maria:

Growing up I was always the tallest and skinniest girl in my class. Everyone told me I should try modelling. I finally found the courage in myself to compete in a swimsuit pageant. I was so nervous I was shaking, but the instant I got onto the stage I fell in love with it. The adrenaline I experienced when walking on the runway was life changing. I was 16 at the time and wanted to pursue my passion at an early age, but decided to concentrate on my education and took a hiatus until graduating with my master’s degree. After that I got back into modelling and I haven’t stopped since!

Namita Nayyar:

Introduce us to your schedule. What is a day like in the life of Milanya Maria?

Milanya Maria:

A day in my life usually consists of going to work, whether it be on set, photo shoots, promotions, or appearances, I am always working. I usually make time to go to the gym or to the yoga studio to get a workout in. Then I like to find a time to chill out and read a book or head to the beach to relax.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?

Milanya Maria:

I love working out and being physically active, so I tend to stick with the fitness regimes I love the most. Long distance running is by far my favourite routine workout because it relieves the most of my stress. I also love practicing yoga. I do all types ranging from relaxing, meditative yoga to kick your butt Bikram Yoga.
